This shop is being run by a husband and wife team with kids, dog, and full-time jobs. We also used to have hopes and dreams but then the kids came and shot those down. We love this little shop and in order to keep it open, we do things a little differently around here:
Do you have signs in stock?
Majority of our items are handcrafted by us and made-to-order. Items that are in stock will be specified.
What is your turnaround time?
Majority of the items in our shop are handmade and made-to-order. Our turnaround varies seasonally but is typically between 3-4 weeks for handmade home décor and signs. If you ever need something ASAP, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are parents first so if one of our children is sick, we will trade our sanders and paintbrushes for sticky cuddles. Thank you for understanding that this is a home-based business!
What are your products made of?
Our handmade items are made from wood, paint, stain, and varnish. We do not use stick-on vinyl. All wall signs or hangings are ready to hang and will come with hardware or a mounting mechanism so you don’t need to worry about it.
Will my product look exactly like shown in the photo?
NOPE! We use real wood in our handmade items. This means each piece will have its own defining characteristics and may not look exactly the same as shown in photos. Your piece of wood may have knots, funky grains, holes, or even some sap! Each piece of wood also absorbs stain differently so your stain colour may not completely match stock photos. The wood may also warp slightly depending on your home’s humidity and this is inevitable and unpredictable. Wood is temperamental but this is also the beauty of buying a handcrafted, wood product and we love that you are not looking for cookie cutter!

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We do accept a limited number of custom orders per month. Please contact us with a description of your order, size, etc. and we will get back to you with a quote. I send you a digital proof to confirm all custom orders first before I physically make it. Custom orders start from $40.

Currently we ship all across Canada and USA.
What are the shipping costs?
Because shipping heavy wood items of various weights and dimensions is driving me crazy.... I'm going to make shipping a flat rate and see how that goes.
$15 flat rate shipping within Canada
$20 flat rate shipping within USA for signs. Contact for larger items.
Free shipping on all orders above $150 for Canada and USA.
The items are shipped via Canada Post and will take 1-7 days in shipping time. Should you require expedited shipping, please contact me for a quote. All shipping options include a complimentary $100 insurance coverage.
How do I choose local pick-up?
Local pick-up is available in Surrey, B.C (West Newton area). This will be an available shipping option when you check-out.
Can you ship a local pick-up item?
Possibly! Local pick-up items are typically oversize items and cost more in shipping and packaging material so I don't offer that service regularly. Please contact me with your shipping location and I'll let you know if it'll be possible to ship. Thanks!
What if items get lost or delayed in shipping?
We are not responsible for any damages caused by shipping, delayed, lost or stolen packages or missed deliveries. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We cannot control shipping procedures, if your package arrives damaged please send us an email.
As a courtesy to our customers, your parcel will come with complimentary $100 insurance and damage claims are approved/denied on case by case basis at the discretion of the shipping company.
Returns and Exchanges
We are a small business and do not offer returns or exchanges unless it is an error on our behalf.
